The wintry sun baths Washington DC and her monuments in a warm glow. Taken from the CEB Building in Rosslyn, this image includes the Potomac River, the Lincoln Memorial, the Tidal Basin, the Jefferson Memorial, the Washington Monument, and the U.S. Capitol. You can lso see the U.S. Institute of Peace, sevearl Smithsonian museums, the new DC Wharf, and many other buildings.
